What we collect
- Information you give us — name, company, email address, telephone number, property location and any details you include about your project.
- Utility information you send us — bills and interval usage data you provide so we can model a system.
- Basic technical data — standard web server information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.
What we use it for
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an assessment or proposal, deliver work you engage us for, and keep records required of a licensed contractor. That is the whole list.
What we do not do
We do not sell your contact details. We do not share them with lead-generation networks or other contractors. If you have received unsolicited calls after filling in solar forms elsewhere, that is exactly the practice we are describing — and it is not ours.
Sharing
We share information only where it is necessary to do the work: with your utility for interconnection, with the authority having jurisdiction for permitting, with equipment manufacturers for warranty registration, with financing or third-party ownership partners where you have asked us to arrange that, and with service providers who host our systems. We also share where the law requires it.
Contact by phone, text and email
If you ask us to contact you, we will — by the methods you provided. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying, telling us on a call, or emailing info@currentenergy.net.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We do not sell, rent or trade your mobile number.
If you tick the consent box on our contact form, we may text you about your enquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your rights in California
California residents have rights concerning personal information, including the right to know what is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it. Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, where we do work for you, for as long as required for contractual, warranty, licensing and tax purposes.
